When reporting to us users or businesses that send spam, offensive content, or engage in any other type of inappropriate use of our tool, you contribute to your own safety and help protect other users on the web.

How we prevent and combat misuse of Acrelia

  • All Acrelia users must accept our terms of use and conditions when creating their Acrelia account and when importing contact lists from other systems
  • Our anti-spam analyser checks campaigns to detect if they are likely to contain spam and prevent their sending.
  • We provide our users with double opt-in subscription forms to avoid non-consensual subscriptions.
  • The contact details of the sender are automatically inserted in every campaign, as well as the links to allow subscribers to unsubscribe and/or to update their profile.
  • We keep the contact lists of our users up-to-date excluding from future sendings those email addresses that have repeatedly given reception failures, non-existent addresses, unsubscribe requests and those contacts who reported some campaigns as spam.
  • Our team regularly monitors and evaluates the accounts of our users to minimise misuse.
