Quality Policy
ACRECENTA SOLUTIONS, SL (hereinafter, Acrelia), a company dedicated to “Information Systems that support the processes and services provided by the ACRELIA platform: sending email and SMS campaigns, email verification, marketing automation, ad tracking, landing pages, database management, as well as all information systems that support software development services performed by Acrecenta Solutions.” has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard to improve the service it provides to its clients at Av. del President Companys, 9, 1st Floor, 08911 Badalona, Barcelona.
At Acrelia we consider continuous improvement of the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our clients and stakeholders as one of our core values. We integrate dialogue and understanding with our stakeholders into our governance strategies, as well as the inclusion of their requirements and expectations in our objectives as a fundamental pillar of our mission, vision, and values.
As part of Acrelia’s management’s commitment and leadership, the necessary resources, responsibilities, and mechanisms have been established to ensure the correct implementation, development, and continuous improvement of a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM aligned with the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2015 standard.
To this end, Acrelia’s Quality Management System is founded on the following commitments:

- Quality is oriented towards the satisfaction of all our clients (and stakeholders) through the organization's commitment to meeting their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and product-specific requirements, while also minimizing the environmental impact of our organization.
- The quality of our products/services relies on the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in which error prevention is fundamental, always seeking the continuous improvement of our management system.
- Quality drives us to pay close attention to technological evolution and the potential improvements that new technologies may offer.
- Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, and therefore this Policy is disseminated to all Acrelia staff for their awareness and understanding.
To fulfill these commitments, we have designed and approved specific objectives that are measured and evaluated periodically.
