Does not accept SMS

Of all the messages in our campaign that end up in "Not delivered", some of them may be due to the fact that the number to which we are sending messages does not accept SMS. This happens when the recipient and owner of the number has decided to block the reception of SMS messages and, therefore, cannot be contacted by this means.
