Unknown operator (SMS)

One of the problems we can encounter when sending massive SMS campaigns is that some of our messages appear in the statistics as "undelivered". Behind this description, there are many factors and reasons. One of them is that the recipient's telephone number is not associated with any mobile operator. A factor that we may encounter if, in order to increase our contact lists, we opt to buy lists and do not obtain contacts through forms.
