How to send a campaign to a single contact on a list
Last update: 03-06-2025If you need to send a campaign to a single contact on your list, here's how to do it.
Go to "Contacts" - "Segments" and click on "New".
In the segment, you will need to enter a name and choose the corresponding list. In the "Type of coincidence" section, keep the default option "All rules" checked.
Then, under Segment Rules, in the first drop-down list, pick the option “Email”, in the second drop-down list “is equal to” and in the third field enter the email address of the contact to whom you want to send the campaign.
Once you have created the segment, save it and click on "Preview" to confirm that you have set it up correctly. In this case, the system will indicate that there is a contact that matches the rules of the segment.
Finally, when you go to schedule or send the campaign, in the first step you will have to choose the option "Segment" and in the dropdown pick the segment you have created.
What if you need to send to more than one email in the list? In that case, if there are few, we recommend you also create a segment, however, in this case in “Type of coincidence” you must check the option “Any rule” and you will have to create as many filters as the number of emails you want to send your campaign to.
If you need to send to a larger group of contacts, we recommend creating custom fields or using groups (tags) and segmenting based on these.
