How to set up a countdown in your campaign

In Acrelia News is very easy to set a countdown in your email marketing campaigns. Without leaving the editor you can configure a countdown and adapt it to your corporate design, modifying colours, labels, fonts, etc.

You can add the countdown block in the same way as any other block. Click on the Add content button in the options panel on the right hand side of your editor and select the Countdown block.

Once you have added the block, click on the countdown to configure it. The Options panel will appear where you can configure the appearance of your countdown. Most importantly, specify your time zone and select the due date and time.

Once you have set the due date, customise the appearance of your countdown: you can customise it 100%.

You can select whether you want the numbers to be framed or not. By clicking on the Preview button, you can evaluate the modifications.

You can also choose if you want a separator to be displayed between the digits, if you want to show the labels below the numbers or if you prefer to also show the days or just the hours, minutes and seconds.

In the Colours tab you can modify the colour of all the items separately: background colour, digits, labels, digit background and separators.  

Finally, in the Texts tab you can customise all the counter texts. If in the Options tab you have configured not to show the labels, it will not be necessary to do so, but if you want them to appear below the digits, you have the option of specifying which text you want to appear or in which language. 

To improve the look of your counter we have added a wide range of special fonts that will make your countdown more professional and dynamic.

Select the one that best suits your corporate design or the one that best fits your campaign design.
