How to view the statistics of a specific contact

If you want to improve your email marketing results, the statistics of your campaigns are essential. With Acrelia News you can also see the total interaction of a particular contact with all your campaigns.

From Contacts - Manage contacts, in the options panel on the right you can access the statistics of a particular contact:

By clicking on the statistics icon you will be able to check all the information of that contact: the date he/she/they was registered (or imported), how many campaigns you have sent him/her/them, which ones he/she/they has opened, which links he/she/they has clicked on, if he/she/they has accepted the treatment of his/her RGPD data, etc.

If you are interested in knowing the statistics of a specific contact in relation to a specific campaign, we also offer you the possibility to do so. From Stats - Campaign stats - View contact statistics you can click on the email of the subscriber you are interested in obtaining the information and see a summary of all the movements made in reference to this campaign.
