Statistics of SMS sendings
Last update: 28-01-2025The statistics give us data to know if our SMS campaigns have worked or not through data on the interaction of your contacts with them.
It is very important to understand the information provided by the statistics in order to establish the corrective measures that are necessary to improve the delivery and click ratios of your SMS campaigns.
There are a series of concepts that you must have clear in order to better understand the statistics and extract useful information from them:
- Sent: They are the number of recipients to whom you have sent your SMS campaign
- Delivered: Recipients who have received the message on their mobile device
- Pending: The number of messages sent to the mobile operator but waiting to be delivered to the recipient.
- Not delivered: The number of messages that could not be delivered. This can be due to different causes, such as, for example, that the phone number is not assigned to any user, that the service is restricted or that the phone is switched off or out of coverage for more than 48 hours.
- CTR: Click through rate. Percentage that indicates the number of unique clicks to links in your SMS with respect to the total number of SMS delivered.
- Unsubscribes: Contacts that have decided to unsubscribe from your SMS sendings. When a contact is unsubscribed from your agenda, we ask the reason. Consult the unsubacribe reasons of your contacts to solve possible problems of focus in your SMS campaigns.
- Retention Ratio: It is the percentage of users who remained in your agenda after processing the unsubscribes and locks.
