Why do you have to validate my email campaign?

Depending on the size of your contact listand  before you make your first sending, we will need to review and approve your new list of contacts and the content of your campaign.

Depending on the size of your list and related to security and to comply with the Regulations of Commercial Communications, we need to know how you got your contacts and see the final content of your campaign before you send it. You must tell us:

  • How did you get the emails adresses of your contacts
  • Web addresses of the subscription forms to your newsletter
  • Specify if you have used other methods to collect these emails and which ones are (business cards, form in the store, surveys, etc)
  • When was the last time you sent an email to these contacts
  • Brief description of the campaign you want to send

Your request will be reviewed within the next 12 hours (if done within Acrelia's working hours, it is usually reviewed and approved within a few minutes). You will be notified by email whether your email campaign is approved or not.
