How to archive your campaigns

If you have sent a campaign to a test list to check that everything is OK, and you don't want the campaign to appear with the rest of the sent campaigns, you have the option to archive it. By doing this, it will not appear in the "Campaign stats" section, nor in the "Scheduled campaigns" one.

To archive a campaign, simply go to "Stats" - "Campaign stats", choose the campaign or campaigns you want to archive, and click on the “Actions” button to enable the option "Archive".

Once archived, the campaign will no longer be listed with the rest of the campaigns done and to see it you will have to check the box "View archived campaigns".

Note that you can always revert the action and take the campaign back with the rest by checking it and choosing the "Unarchive" option in the "Actions" button.

Remember that the campaigns you archive will not be displayed by default in "Scheduled campaigns" either. To view them, you will have to check the "View archived campaigns" box.
