What happens to the statistics if I delete a contact list?

In Acrelia you can quickly delete your contact lists by going to "Contacts" - "Manage lists" and clicking on "Delete".

But be careful, deleting a contact list means losing an important part of the statistics of the previously sent campaigns.

What data is NOT kept when you delete a contact list? 

• Name of the list you have sent the campaign to
• Number of opens and number of unique clicks
• Detail of opens and clicks
• Detail of bounces and unsubscribes 
• Open, CTR and CTOR rates
• Graph of clicks and opens per hour 
• Reading time 
• Detail of statistics per contact

What data IS retained when you delete a contact list? 

• Campaign name, subject, sent date, sender and "reply to" address
• Number of bounces and unsubscribes
• Number of recipients and number of deliveries
• SPAM reports
• Forwards and opens from forwards
• Retention rate
• Total opens
• Total clicks
• Paper impressions

What happens to the statistics if I delete a segment?

Unlike what happens when you delete a list, if you delete a segment, as you are not deleting contacts, you only lose the information of which segment you have sent the campaign to. However, you will still have the information of the list to which the segment belonged as well as the rest of the campaign data.
